Fairleigh Pet Center now provides free Pet ID Cards at annual exams with a total preventative health care package. This means that if our preventative reccomendations are met your pet will recieve a FREE Pet ID Card. Our preventative reccomendations include flea and heartworm preventative, biannual heartworm screening, geriatric blood work panels for older animals, every pet has to be spayed or neutered, and medications or further diagnostics if reccommended. If our reccomendations are not met or if a card is desired on a pet not here for an annual exam they can be purchased for $7.50. We offer the free Pet ID Cards as a reward for clients who take excellent care of their pets.

After receiving the Pet ID Card, you are able to go online at portal.vetgateglobal.com, and retrieve your pets vaccine history. Here you can print off a copy of up to date vaccines if proof is needed for boarding, grooming, etc.
